I’m Shania Wells, the owner and founder of ShaysVBS, and a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida, now operating as a Referral Agent.

This journey started three years ago, when I began offering virtual assistant services to other real estate agents. It was a way to get my feet on the ground in the industry while supporting my family — but it quickly turned into something more. As I worked alongside agents, helping with their daily operations and marketing, I realized how much I loved the behind-the-scenes work that helps businesses run smoothly and grow.

What started as simple administrative support soon evolved into social media management, and before long, I found myself diving into the world of website design and digital branding. I discovered a genuine passion for helping real estate professionals create an online presence that truly reflects their value, attracts clients, and builds lasting credibility.

Today, my focus is on designing custom real estate websites with IDX/MLS integration, built specifically for agents, teams, and brokers who want to stand out and protect their business. By integrating the MLS directly into their websites, my clients can eliminate the need for third-party search sites like Zillow or Realtor.com — keeping their leads, data, and client relationships where they belong: with them.

Through our exclusive add-on services, we continue to support our clients with tools that help them grow — from ongoing website maintenance and SEO updates to listing marketing packages and branded social media content.
