This client stood out because of her realistic expectations and long-term mindset. She trusted the process of organic social growth and was committed to showing up consistently—even if results took time. However, one major challenge we faced was the quality of the photos and videos provided for editing. Much of the content was low-resolution, poorly lit, or hard to work with, which made editing difficult and slowed down growth.
Despite that, we managed to create polished posts, and even educated the client on how to improve content creation with just a smartphone. Eventually, she asked us to build her website too, which included an MLS integration, appointment scheduling, and a personal brand story—laying a strong foundation for her digital presence.
What We Learned:
Great content is the foundation of effective social media. You can have the best strategy, but if the content quality is poor, it limits the reach and impact. This experience taught us to be more proactive about client education—offering simple training on how to create better content themselves or suggesting cost-effective solutions like remote videographers or branded templates.
